We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request and will receive a refund in full by sending us an e-mail to
with your full name, address, order id# and date of purchase. We expect you to destroy all copies you may have made of the software and delete it from your system, of course.
All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Shipping and handling fees (if you required a CD be sent to you) are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to approval by our customer service department.
