I can't update?

Most common problem is your firewall, not set up to let online update application into the Internet. Application name, attempting to connect is update.exe, residing in C:\Program Files\ATS. You must let the program into the internet to download files, otherwise update will not complete. Program will download several files from following location: ftp://ftp.atshield.com/update/. In no case programm will attempt do download anything else.

What is a trojan horse?

Trojan horse is a destructive program that masquerades as a benign application. Unlike a viruses, Trojan horses do not replicate themselves but they can be just as destructive. One of the most insidious types of Trojan horse is a program that claims to clean your computer of viruses but instead introduces Trojan horse onto your computer.

Anything that you can do to your computer by yourself. Starting from sending out all your passwords ending with complete format of all hard disk drives presented in the system.

3. System files. Most of the trojans would pretend to be systems files, trying to escape the scan.

You should visit "submit a file" section, which is located in the "support" menu and submit us a suspicious file for further examination. If you would like to submit two or more files, please use your favorite packing utility (WinZip, WinRar, etc.) to pack all files into one archive.
